Exploring Home Options at Our Community Dinner

April 4, 2024 - Our Third Annual Community Dinner was a wonderful evening of fellowship and "strategery" -  with over 50 All In members from across the valley in attendance! We kicked off with a delicious meal catered by Pops and provided by alliance member, TEAM, Inc. All In Alliances Presented with 2024 Citizen Planner Award at Annual Conference of Connecticut City Planners

Milford Fair Rent Commission – Call for Resumes

January 22, 2024 - Mayor Tony Giannattasio announced last week that he is accepting resumes for Milford residents to serve on the City of Milford Fair Rent Commission. Renters in our city make up over 25% of our resident population. Both renters and landlords are protected through the Fair Rent Commission which was formed last year to provide an avenue for landlords and tenants to work out challenges together, including ensuring that rent increases remain reasonable and units and properly maintained ... Milford Advocacy Group Wants Fair Rent Commission Appointments, City Says It Lacks Candidates

January 13, 2024 - Nick Sambides - Hearst Media - All In for Milford, a pro-affordable-housing alliance made of of about two dozen religious and community groups, is pressing city leaders to appoint members to a state-mandated Fair Rent Commission. But qualified candidates haven't come forward, according to Phil Vetro, the chairman of the Board of Aldermen.  In a letter to aldermen and Mayor Anthony Giannattasio, the 650-member All In group reminded aldermen of their 14-0 vote on June 27 to form a commission and said the lack of a board now, months after the vote, deprives the city of a necessary service ... Regulation Change Could Clear Way for Up To 75 Affordable-Housing Units

October 5, 2023, by Nick Sambides, staff writer, CT Post / Hearst Media - The city's top taxpayer could be transformed into a major residential center under a change to Milford's zoning codes approved this week.  The Planning and Zoning Board cleared the way on Tuesday for Centennial Real Estate to apply for a permit to transform the Connecticut Post Mall into a 21st Century mix of retail and housing, with as many as 750 dwellings, including up to 75 affordable-housing units, over the next decade ... Affordable Housing Group Backs Idea to Add Housing at Milford Mall
